Help?!

I'm working on Simplicity Pattern 4122 and I'm not understanding the instructions to sew it together very well. The pictures are suppose to help but Im just plain confused. I'm half lost on what pieces they are talking about.

Anyone know any video or tutorials about how to actually sew the pieces together?
