potpourri tart burner

Does anyone know how to make a potpourri tart burner. The kind that uses a tea light preferably. I was thinking a terra cotta pot saucer, but that would require me to reglaze it and fire it in a kiln to hold the heat evenly. Does anyone know any other ideas??
