Need help locating fabric

I want to be a lady bug for halloween this year and decided to make a red/black polka dotted dress that I can just wear wings with. However, I'm having a horrible time finding red fabric with black dots and since I want to be able to wear this again I don't want to sew on a million black dots onto a red dress. I've looked at my local fabric stores as well as searching high and low online. Do any of you have any fabric sources online that might have this type of fabric that I could use to make a dress? The only place I've found is an auction on Ebay but the seller is away and it won't be shipped until 10/25 or after.
