Felt && Apron Patterns!!

I'm wanting to make a cover for my phone with felt and I'm doing to double layer the felt so its thick but I wasn't sure wether felt would scratch the screen on my phone or not? If it would, whats the best thing to line it with?

Oh also, does anyone know of any apron patterns? I'm after one to make something like this one under the cut:







I have some material I'd love to use but cannot find a pattern like it anywhere!! Sorry, I'm just not too sure where to look for things like this :)
