Felt Eye Necklace

i made this yesterday afternoon in bed while watching a documentary called The Flaming Lips: The Fearless Freaks, which inspired this necklace. it was fun to make and didn't take very long, so i'm thinking of making a few of these charms. i think if i do make more, they will have bigger white parts, like real eyes, lol.

it was really nice to make something for myself, based on my own (make it up as i go along) design. i've been making things for gifts, for cats, or for my tree. it was refreshing to just create for no reason. i didn't plan for this to be a necklace, but it's cool that it worked out that way, too : )
