Christmas Crafts I've Done Recently...

(snowman made by my daughter last year)
Faux gingerbread house made of cork, craft foam, puff paint as icing, fabric paint (it's all I had with a tiny nozzle) and other fake candies I had to scour the world for.

I made this one for my mom - FRONT

Also, after my husband mentioned his serious shirt problem (he's got way too many of them) I felt like he needed another one... because he didn't have any for the holidays.

He's not the most festive person, but we agreed this would be a good one.
Made with fabric "paint" markers, which I decided I don't really like using. Ah well, it makes the shirt look half-assed from all the slippage and whatnot. Sort of the point of a humbug is not putting in too much effort. let's just say I did it on purpose.
Finally, a use for the silly shaped 8oz soda bottles I've been seeing at Walmart! ORNAMENTS!

A busted Sqoosh pillow (remember those? With the tiny polystyrene microbeads?), shimmery glitter, polyclay, hot glue, beads, a little black paint and a little black cord and BOOM. I got head.
Wait... what?
I gotta think of a better way of putting that.
Anyway, here's the top (poked through with a nail and hammer thanks to my manly man husband, then threaded with the loop and sealed with hot glue before painting) that I'm so proud of because of the little tiny holly leaves and "berries" made of sparkle hot glue and red beads. Awesome.
