Got supplies to use up... what would you make?

EVERY year I wonder about this but maybe this year I'll DO something about it.

My children, somewhat on the picky side, adore clementines. Clementines are least expensive (at least near us) in flimsy rectangular wooden crates. After they eat them, I find myself wondering what I can make with them.

Also, my family eats a lot of brie, which comes in flimsy round wooden boxes. Same q.
