craftgrrl | Glitter Unicorn Baby Bag!

I made this bag for my graphic designer. She LOVES unicorns, and wanted a baby bag with a GLITTER unicorn on it. She drew up a sketch and designed the unicorn print, as I scoured the internet for products that would allow me to glitter up my screen prints. A few pattern designs later, this baby was born! This is probably the most complex bag I have ever made, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out:

I love the lining material!

I made some matching one inch buttons with some of the left over lining fabric.

It features:

three pockets on the outside w/buttons

two pockets on the inside

a partition dividing the inside of the bag into two parts

long adjustable straps, so it can be worn as a purse, or a messenger style bag

a magnetic snap closure

three fabric covered one inch buttons that match the (super cute) lining of the bag

*phew* A lot of the bag elements were first times for me - like the partition and the magnetic snap closure, so I took things really slow. It took me a while to put the whole thing together, but it was totally worth it!! I was/am so happy with how it turned out, I found myself having a hard time sending it off to her! lol
