This is knitted and crocheted actually. (from leftover yarn from This Sweater) The bottom is just a crocheted circle, I picked up and knitted in plain stockinette until the drawstring part:

A little garter stitch, some more crochet for the straps, vintage hem tape used as a ribbon, finished.
