Forgive me I got another question and a share

I want to paint a cheese board, and then put a food safe sealer on it I believe it's called Salad Bowl, can you use that stuff on acrylic paint?

These are the pre printed artist canvases I mentioned in my last post. One is oil sticks, the other is pastel chalk sticks.
