Apron and Camera Case

 Hi everyone. I'm new here, and trying to teach myself how to sew, knit, and crochet. So far the only pictures I have are of these two that I've completed the last couple of days, and they were both made as practice pieces (trying to get used to making straight stitches and not let the machine have it's own way). Any tips would be wonderful. :D


First the apron. I made this for my niece because she loves to help out in the kitchen. 


Second is the camera case. I basically wanted something to protect it from dust and other debris that might be found in my purse.


I hope to start on a quilt soon, which should should give me plenty of practice. :)
