melt and pour soap

craftgrrli just started making soap using melt and pour glycerin soap and plastic molds. one thing i just can't figure out is how to release the soap a little easier from the molds. i've tried putting them in the fridge/freezer but it's still tough. are there any sprays or something i could put in the mold before hand?
