Plastic fillable ornaments

craftgrrlI have an art project idea that involves these clear plastic ornament balls. I want to suspend glitter and cellophane and shiny things in them using a clear medium, like some sort of glue? I'm not sure what I'm after. Would epoxy/resin do the trick? I'm feeling a little lost. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
