I did a distressed treatment to some bedroom furniture and finished it up today.



I have before and after photos

I have never done this technique before and I was nervous about applying the glaze so I did the mirror first. I found this at a yard sale:

Then I prematurely ejaculated and forgot to take a before shot of the vanity all in one piece so here we have it disassembled:





I got this vanity from the estate of an old woman who I took care of when I was a teenager. I sent this piece out to have it refinished over a decade ago back when I wasn't brave enough to do it myself, and I have always hated how it turned out.
