Little felt dolls - Tudor set II
Apr. 19th, 2011 09:19 amI recently got a massive order to begin a new adventure for my dolls and, TA-DA!, a new Tudor project was born! =D *dodges flying rancid tomatoes from those who are sick and tired of my Tudors*

Katherine of Aragon - Divorced
I have a mixed relationship with gable hoods. =D One minute I love them, the other I struggle not to grab an ice-pick.

Anne Boleyn - Beheaded
My 8th (or is it 9th?) with this design. =) A few more and I can turn these around with my eyes closed. lol

Jane Seymour - Died
Gable hood love-hate relationship? Check!
I find somewhat amusing that, although she is often described as the dullest of the 6 wives, she is by far the richest doll.

Anne of Cleves - Divorced
A simplified version of the Anne of my previous Tudor set, I was amazed at how painless she was! The previous was a nightmare in comparison!

Katherine Howard - Beheaded
Sweet young Kitty. =) It was fun seeing her french hood shrink to half of what her previous version had.

Katherine Parr - Survived
Pretty much as the previous set, this one.

Henry VIII
The big dog himself! =) I think this is my favorite Henry doll so far.

And last, but not least, my absolutely favorite doll of the whole set: Anne Boleyn in her execution gown, inspired by surviving descriptions of the event.
I am IN LOVE with this doll.
Hope you enjoyed them!
