LETTERPRESSING AND SCREENPRINTING NOVICE!
May. 18th, 2011 09:25 pmRIGHT!
I have just purchased some letterpressing gear and I dont know what to do next as I dont have the casing/box thing to fit the pieces together to ink. My stamps are little images/vintage motifs/seasonal messages so it isnt important to have them lined up in any sort of way. I am just thinking how can I get a nice embossed type effect without it smudging everywhere?
Also, any tips on screenprinting at home would be great, just purchased a big kit and made a pigs ear of the first one! I am a bit unclear on applying the photo emulsion for instance
