Dyeing a dress?

craftgrrlHey crafters, I have a question about fabric dyeing.
I have this dress that fits fabulously but the color looks literally miserable on me.
I really want to dye it pretty much ANY other color than the one it is one. Ideally I owuld like to dye it blue and get a greeny color because the dress is pale yellow.
The problem I think I am going to have is that the dress is 61% polyester/35% rayon/4% spandex.
I would even be fine with bleaching it or something, just not this pale yellow :(
can I dye this dress? what would work?
