ball jointed dolls question
Jul. 19th, 2011 01:50 pmHoping to get this answered without having to register on other forums (since LJs bjd comms are dead)- is it possible to make BJDs ONLY out of sculpey/fimo/whatever? Do they HAVE to be cast in order to be strung up?
I know they need to be cast if you want to reproduce them, but say I just want to play around with the idea of maaaybe getting into this hobby so I want to make a few out of sculpey, bake them, drill them... assuming I can string them up this way (just bake some hard wire for the string to attach to inside each extreme joint, right?).
