Halloween mini topper

craftgrrlAnother mini top hat made from a paper coffee cup. This one is painted black and then covered with a sheer black fabric that has multi-colored stars on it. I added a Tim Holtz clock face, feathers, ribbon, and a copper wire that ends in a curly on top. I hot glued it onto a headband and I am ready for a Halloween party!
