Making a Cheap Bottle of Wine

I have a costume party to attend in exactly 2 weeks and no costume. I have an idea in my head to dress up as a bottle of Cheap White Wine...but I'm not exactly sure how to pull it off well. I was thinking about buying a sheath dress and fashioning a wine lable and sewing it to the dress, but then I wasn't sure how to make the cork. And I'm also not sure if I can even pull off the vision I have in my head.

Any suggestions? I have a sewing machine and basic sewing skills.
