glitter heels!

glitterheels:
Ingredients: ~cheap heels (these were $5 from charlotte russe)
                    ~white glue & old paintbrush
                    ~coordinating glitter
                    ~newspaper for the mess




This was super easy: lay down the newspaper, use the old paintbrush to coat the part of the shoe you want to sparkle, gently siphon glitter over the glued-parts. (make sure you stay over the newspaper!) 
Repeat on the other shoe, let dry, & wear! (you could also add a layer of sealant so the glitter doesn't escape).
