holiday knits!

Happy thanksgiving to all of you in America!
I'm spending my holiday working on Christmas gifts. (I always wait until the last minute...)

First, I've been knitting these gossamer infinity scarves like crazy. I'll have a whole stock of them by the end of the year.


Another awesome gift: I've been making these "heartwarmers" that you can put in the microwave for a few seconds & put in your coat pockets to keep your hands warm.


Next up, a panda hat that I've knit a million times and written up a pattern for. But this one was for a 5-month-old. I got a picture of her in it later & it was beyond adorable.



Finally, a pair of flip-top mittens that were commissioned. They were loosely based off ofPurl Soho's pattern, but I modified it because 1. they were huge! and 2. I hate reverse stockinette.
