Hand knit then felted bunny slippers

I made these adorable bunny slippers yesterday, the second slipper is still drying, but I thought I'd show you how one has turned out so far.





You knit a piece that looks like this:



Your cat may or may not decide to help you with that.



You stitch the seams to get this shape, then wet it and agitate the heck out of it until it becomes felt. I felted this by hand, it took about an hour which didn't seem like an hour because I was watching TV.

I used Plymouth Homestead Aran dark brown, one hank
8mm needles
I knit the smallest size
