Question about metal

So I am supposed to make a trophy of sorts today for our Volunteer of the Year award. I came up with the idea of making something with nuts and bolts (because volunteers are the nuts and bolts of the organization), but I'm wondering what is going to be the best way to keep them together to form a sculpture of sorts. I don't know how to weld, or have access to welding materials...so what other options do I have?
