Hi all! Just want to share this great idea to use leftovers and upcycled materials.
This journal was made by my stepfather. He used leftover gabric pieces for the cover.
The cover keep closed with a thread that wraps around a stick shape button.

The journal is thick and filled with different kinds of paper: color paper, craft paper, brown paper, blank and squared paper, paper that is stained with coffee...

...and recycled envelopes. There are about 30 different envelopes: normal white envelopes, envelopes with transparent address window, color enevelopes, envelopes that have Postal Service stamps, envelopes with "par avion" or "priority mail" labels..
So it is possible to keep things inside there.
