I haven't posted here in a while. I've been working through my stash in an attempt to clear space and hopefully sell at a few craft fairs.
This triangle scarf is a very handy, speedy knit. It came out smaller than I anticipated, but blocking garter stitch feels a bit redundant, and it only needs to cover my neck. I used some Noro Kama I bought on sale at the start of the Summer, and I really like how it turned out.
I made this slouch hat from this pattern for my little brother's birthday. I might make one for myself when I finish my October-birthday knitting!
Sorry for the slightly awkward layout of the pictures! I also post here, and am Forkis on Ravelry.
I bought a lot of Louisa Harding WIllow Tweed on sale before Christmas, intending to make a top, then I realised i wouldn't get much wear out of it so i made some gloves instead.
The same glove inside out - I think the pattern looks nice both ways.
I just plugged patterns from a stitchionary into my own glove pattern. I'm hapy with how they turned out.

More Willow tweed gloves! I copy-pasted this from my blog and it won't let me move them all together (and I'm not adept enough at html to try that way). I reused some stitch patterns, but I think this weight suits the lacy patterns very well.

A friend asked for something like this for his six-month-old nephew, but I prefer knitting crochet, and making up my own patterns to using someone else's where I can. I meant to write down the pattern, but that plan fell by the wayside.
I made these bobble hats from my heads using Cygnet Seriously Chunky. It knits up quickly, but weaving in the ends is a pain.
I also used my own pattern and some leftovers to make a child-sized cupcake hat. (I have no babies around to showcase the little hats, so toy animals have to do the job!)I made these bobble hats from my heads using Cygnet Seriously Chunky. It knits up quickly, but weaving in the ends is a pain.
