craftgrrl | help! (sorry for x-posting)

I got this skirt in a clothing lot I bought off of Ebay ages ago and I really love it.. the only problem is, it's too short for me to wear out in public. I have a ghetto bootie so bending over the slightest bit is bad.. lol. Anyhoo... I was thinking I could add some sort of material or something to the bottom of it to make it a few inches longer. It's the only place I was able to find a picture of the skirt (not on the Lip Service or Hot Topic page). Sooo.. can anyone help me? Maybe show some example pix so I know what you're talking about?
