a picture frame

well most crafts i make are more like science projects because i just do them to see if they will actually work. this one was a perfect example. i bought those marble beads because i figured i would make multicolored marble magnets but that experiment was a failure lol. the marbles are irredescent so you can't see the pictures through them that well. sooo i came up with this idea:

i used 3 pieces of cardboard, scissors, white glue, some whtie paper, and those stones. i traced a picture frame that i already had and then traced the back to that same picture frame. i cut out the middle of the one that i traced the back on then i glued it to the other piece. i cut the paper out to cover up the cardboard so that the background would be white instead of ugly brown. i glued the stones onto that paper and waited for the whole thing to dry. i took a 3rd piece of cardboard and bent it so that it would act as the leg in the back to hold the frame up. i glued that on and when it dried i put the picture in. very easy, took like a half hour and i was doing my homework at the same time.


so it came out alright. the picture is not centered in this pic so it looks kind of dumb but other than that i think it looks pretty good.
i think i'm gonna make another one but glue this thick ribbon that i have onto the cardboard instead of those stones.
