arts and crafts website

not sure if this appropriate for this forum, i apologize if it's not, but thought i'd start here first.

i am going to be registering the domain name urbangypsycreations and selling my art and crafts online. does anyone know if it makes a difference who i register the name with. also, i'm willing to pay someone to setup the website for me, my web designing skills are pretty basic and i want the website to look professional, any ideas how i can go about looking for someone to do that? any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
