1 shoulder tanks in black or neon colors?

I searched the mall...the web...and have not found any. Last year they were hot, now they are not. Can anyone help me find (black or neon colors) one shoulder tank tops that are not pricey and will fit a juniors size small? I found some on american Appareal but there stuff runs large...

I suppose I could make my own by cutting open a tank. However my sewing skills are not great and I don't have a machine. I am already crafting my plans on a premade one shoulder tank...
