craftgrrlFirst off I don't know much on clothing. I have a basic black skirt that comes just right to my knees.. It's few years old and the hem on the bottom is starting to wear out. I love how the skirt hugs my body, so I don't wanna get rid of it..I like to think that I dress fairly conservative with a 1940's flare. Can anyone help out with how I should update my skirt?
