book hollowing
Aug. 1st, 2003 11:51 pmHey, okay, I realize that this is sort of a stupid one and all but I will ask anyway.
I like book hollowing. I think it's cool. Even if it is really frustrating. And I was wondering if there was a community or something for it. Because there seems to be a community for everything else.
I just finished up my first one. I took this novel that I got out of a "free books" box at some store, cut it and pasted all of these ads from a "Woman's Day" magazine that was from the 1940's on it. (We have a lot of antique shops here. I think I love them.) I'd post a picture but it's still drying (I felt like dunking it in Modgepodge).
