Cher the love.

I recently cross-stitched a picture of Cher for a friend (long inside-joke). I've done a lot of cross-stitching, but I've never made a pillow before. Anyone know of any sites that help explain? Should I just sew the linen to fabric, inside out, leaving a space to stuff it, then turn it right-side-out, stuff it, and handsew the hole? Help!
