Just a lil something that I made in a few mins, just to tide me over till I can do some real crafting this weekend. Made from stuff I had lying around


Static-X Guitar pick - free *gift from friend*
Leather scraps - free *gift from ex*
18 gauge wire - free *gift from grandfather*

Took a safety pin, heated it up in a flame, burned myself in the process lol, so i put a sock on my hand and then poked a hole into the guitar pick. Then I made a jump ring with my wire, put it thru the hole, closed it and the pick was all set, now it just needed a cord. So I took this great red leather my ex gave me, cut a strip off of it and voila....a guitar pick necklace that cost me nothing! I'm leaving the cord on it un-cut so that way i can wear it as a choker, or longer if i feel like it. Because I just don't wear enough necklaces lol

I'm just a lil obsessed with making stuff from things i find lying around my room hehe. This is why i never throw anything away.
