How can I decorate a plastic wallet?

craftgrrlHiya, I'm new to the community... :-)
My boyfriend n me have been living a couple of streets away from each other for almost 2 years, but he's just finished university here and is moving to another university in the next city along. I want to give him a box of things that remind him of us and of how much I luv him - pictures, memories, letters, a stick of my fave incense etc. I've got a little clear plastic wallet/box thingy, a bit bigger than A5 size, and I want to use that but don't know how to decorate it (it's not smooth - it has lots of little raised lines on it). I have some of that window-sticker paint and thought about using that, but it tends to stay kinda sticky if you press it against stuff. Any ideas what I could use to decorate the box? Or any other suggestions for what I could put in it?
