craftgrrlSo, here's the faint bag I tried posting a week ago...
This is all freehand (minus masking tape used on the skyline), done with fabric paint.
At first, I tried making a stencil of the guy on the cover of the Danse Macabre CD, about a month ago.
But since i'm not exactly fantastic with an exacto knife, I gave up and just free handed him on a red totebag.
My camera is terrible at taking pictures of this bag. I hardly got ONE good shot. But you can get the main idea of it.
Afterwords, I cut off the handles and sewed on a seperate black one, which was sewed on with ribbons. (you can sort of see the bows on the side. I did about 6 bows on the left...)
And here's a blurry closeup of his face and such.
It looks much more photorealistic in real life.
But does anyone have any idea of what to do in the empty corner, over on the left? Or should I just leave it?
