A bit of pad DIY

craftgrrlI was inspired by all the diy pads being made, so I thought I would give it a shot.
I have all sorts of burgandy flannel left over from an under tunic for a past larp costume, and the stars and suns is part of a left over bit from a nursing uniform I fitted after ordering them in HUGE by accident.
I got the pattern from Ladyfriend.ca They have a good print version that you don't have to fuss with, just cut out. I really had no problems, and was done pretty quick. My conclusion is that I would not pay the $9 or so I saw them selling for on another site like I was thinking, but make up some more tomorrow.
