I'm really excited because i've been in this community for a long time and i've never posted a project! Mostly because I start MANY projects and then put them down and don't work on them much.
WELL, I finally finished something.

the picture is pretty self explainatory.
Crocheted handbag. I bought the camo yarn a long time ago so i don't know what brand it is. 7"height x 8"width (height not including the handles. handles add another 4"height). Olive green ribbon woven in about an inch from the top of the bag and tied in a bow. sewed and glued the bow so its not going anywhere! ;)
anyway...im proud of my first finished bag. i've been crocheting since i was 5 but have only made free form afghans and blankets until last year when i learned how to follow a pattern. Now i can do hats and anything basically :)
sorry if that was over explained.
oh, and theres no pattern for this bag, i just free formed it.
what is everyone's opinion on the handles?
i mean, ther are crocheted, to so they don't feel very...sturdy, i guess?
think i should do something about that? and if so, what?
i'm planning on selling this bag so i'd like to make it as enjoyable to the buyer as possible :)
thanks!
