I just finished my purse made out of jeans. The red stuff along the edges is rick rack (the picture is horrible, but you get the idea), the white things are rhinestones, and the bow is well...a bow. I think it's about 6 1/2 inches wide and 4 1/2 inches high. I made mine a little different though, I only had to sew the bottom closed as well as the raw edges so they wouldn't fray.



It's kind of hard to explain so I made a little
I marked lines like these after the bottom was sewed up. The long skinny things are the straps that I made 1/2 inch wide so it would be 1 inch wide when I got done. The red is where I cut through both layers of the jeans and the blue is where I only cut through the top layer. I messed the diagram up though, the blue line is supposed to stop where the red horizontal line stops, I just forgot to make that part dotted.
