a question about cutting sweaters...
Sep. 10th, 2003 04:03 pmHey!
One of the myriad* of great things about craftiness is the ability to RECYCLE. I am in the midst of sewing some outdated pants into a cute a-line skirt.
So here's my question. I have a sweater that I just love, but it has a stain on it. I have tried everything to get it out, but no dice. Can I CUT the sweater and sew it up with thread or yarn to make a hat, or a bag, or anything? Or will it just unravel completely?
