i was in monterey last weekend and i saw a belt made out of strings of seed beads. there were probably like 10-15 strands and there was one string that was wrapped around the middle and you tied it so that the ends flowed on the side of you.
i was trying to figure out how many "hanks" of beads i would need and how much it would cost. a hank is 12 strands of 18" beads. yah. cause it would've cost me 48 bucks to buy one there. yup.
