Hook and Eye Tape

Hey all, Im curious as to wear I would find black hook and eye tape.

I want to sew this corset vest thing with hook and eyes in the front, however, the only tape I can find is in white, which wouldnt match the fabric I have.

Also, does anyone recomend any books or websites about fitting patterns? Because I just started sewing in the spring, and so far all the patterns I have used (with the exception of my homecoming dress) have fit quite well without needing to fit them to me, yet they most definatly could fit better....
