A plea for help.....

We have a Halloween party (finally!) to go to and I have thought of the perfect costumes for the guy and myself. He will be Mr Furious and I will be the Bowler. That is if I can come up with a way to make the lucite bowling ball with the skull inside. Any ideas oh craft goddesses/gods? I would *really* love to do this... any help at all will be mucho appreciated.
