Ingredients:
Requires a sewing machine
*clear vinyl <thinner/clearer the better>
*contruction paper
*mod podge
*Quotes or pictures
*1 belt buckle (I used D rings but something like those clip one's that you don't need to constantly be pulling the belt through would be better>

1. cut the vinyl Width: 3" Length: about 6" longer than your waist
2. mod podge your pictures with the side you want to show against the vinyl. It will dry clear
3. Once the whole viynl is covered fold it in half with the side you want facing out overlapping abit (just enough so that you can sew it to the back side)
4. sew down the length of the flipped under edge. (this is supposed to creat a finished edge)
4. sew the ends to the buckles (if using a clip style)
for D rings fold one end over the two rings and sew as close to the rings as you machine will allow. Just fold the other end over and sew it flat

I took two differt colors of construction paper and cut them into all different sized squares. I took the quote I printed and glued each word first then glued the squared underneath it. The printed quote ran a bit from the glue so try to go easy on the glue in those areas.
