question for secret crafty idea

i need a good adhesive for fabric. it will not be worn or washed, but it will be moved around. so it needs to be very stong (loads of bonding power) and a little flexible. sewing is not an option.

E6000?
silicon sealer?
liquid stitch (if i can find it)?

any other suggestions? what do you think would work best, any first hand experience with these limitations and requirements?
