Ugly work bag

craftgrrlI have this bag here, and I would like to cover the logo with something else. The problem I run into is the zipper pouch on the flap. If I just stick in the sewing machine, I would be sewing through the pouch. I was looking for some ideas to maybe stick on it, or even paint over it? I like the bag, but don't want to advertise my job that I hate so much.
It looks like this, but the logo is about two inches below the zipper. The logo itself is about 3 inches high and 10 inches wide. Please help.
