Halloween

ok.. so for halloween I wanna be Columbia from Rocky Horror Picture Show...

the only problem is, I only have 2 weeks, as my friend is having a party on the 25..

Anyway.. I am trying to figure out what all to do.. so far all I can think of it getting some soffee shorts (gym shorts) and sewing ribbon down them for the shorts.. and for the bustier I will probably just make a quick tube tob..

Does anyone know of any online bowtie patterns..

Also.. what should I do for the jacket.. i have some gold sequin fabric.. but I absolutly hate sewing the stuff.. and i have never sewed a jacket.. so if anyone has any advice on that (a pattern even would help) or knows of a place to buy a gold sequin jacket.. lol.. im gonna see if I can go to a thrift store and browse around if I go shopping before the party.. but otherwise im not sure..

And for a top hat I am planning on just getting a hat and gluing sequins all over it.. same with shoes if I can get some cheap ones soon.. Ill have to look..

so yeah.. the only thing I am really worried about is a jacket.. I'm worried a top hat might be fairly expensive around halloween time, even the cheep ones.. because last year I didnt get one for my costume cause it was 14 dollars for a cheap felt one.. but I did see a gold cowboy hat at the dollar store.. so I could use that.. lol...

Anyway.. i think thats all.. Any help would be so greatly appreciated.. and this teaches me not to wait forever to work on my costume..
