Hi everyone! I have about 50 vintage mens ties, and I'd like to make something unique with them. Some ideas I've got so far:

- weaving them together to make a handbag
- sewing them side by side to make a skirt
- gluing them onto the cover of a journal
- inserting them into the side seams of jeans

Anyone have any other ideas? Thanks!

Has anyone here ever made a chair out of cardboard that can support about 140 pounds? Mind sending me scheme-atics? I've got some ideas, but heaven help me if *waste* all that valuable cardboard!!!

I made these and they came out rather well. If I get a whole bunch done, I'll take a picture. I just really enjoy the magnifying effect that the glass pebbles have on whatever is behind them. It's a fun little project that doesn't take up too much time.
