Hey!
i was jsut looking in the thriftwhore community, and someone found a 6 foot long scarf with the keys of the piano on it...
i'm curious if it is possible to knit one of these, since my best friend is a music major and would LOVE this. Or how i could go about making one, if i couldn't knit it.....

do they sell piano key fabric?

hi everyone.

i'm finally done with my move and everything so i will be getting back into documenting things in the FAQ more and updating.

i have a request for everyone though:

i have up until august 23rd updated in the FAQ and everything. but i know there were some really awesome posts and stuff i never got a chance to put in the FAQ between 8/22 and today 9/20.

so my request is that if anyone remembers something they posted that they thought helped out a lot or if you used something you saw on here or you asked a question here that was answered realy well or just whatever, could you please POST A LINK to all the good entries of the past month because this is really starting to pile up on me.

THANKS so much everyone!
i really appreciate it.

Probably a 2-hour project or so. Foundation chain was frustrating but as soon as I was able to get an even 16 stitches on both of the armwarmers, it went along quickly. Crocheted with Lionbrand Homespun in Edwardian and Boston Rose. Size I hook; all hdc-stitches. I have barely any of the Edwardian left, but hopefully there's enough to add a single stripe onto a matching hat in Boston Rose. I think there's enough yarn there to make at least two or so more hats, so I might make a hat for my niece as well for Christmas, heh.

Hiya -- I need some help deciding what the best choice would be for the next product for my line. Can I get input from y'all? I'd love to know what strikes folks as the best idea of these.

How do I make my own mirror? Isn't there something I can put on the back of a piece of glass to make it reflective, to make it look like a good store-bought mirror?
If no one knows how to do that, where can I find a cheap mirror at least 6" big? I need one to do a self portrait, and I couldn't find one anywhere I looked.

I bought the table from good ol' Ikea a while ago and mod podged pictures from Rolling Stone of people with guitars on all 4 sides of all 4 legs, and some piano music around the edge.
