I just bought some iron on transfer images at Michael's. They're just little designs with witty sayings on them. The background is pink and white, and black text. Can I iron this on a black tshirt, or does it have to be on a light colored top, such as white? The packaging doesn't list any specifics.

TIA

Hey guys. I checked the memories, and didn't see anything about it so I'm asking. I just started skiing after stopping for many years and none of my stuff matches. So I want to make a fleece hat to match some of my ski vests. I am pretty sure I can figure out how to make a simple one. Although any comments about that would be cool. But I was wondering if anyone had a pattern for one of the hats with the 'dreads' or a crazy jester hat. Thanks guys and safe winter to all those skiers and boarders out there.

I got a new camera for christmas that has a huge display screen, so I knit a case for it. I'm pretty new to knitting, this is my 3rd project.

How do people get the image in there clay like this, or is just a piece of paper under the coating they put on top? Can someone help me out here?

so...im trying out for this highschool that specializes in visual arts.
and i made it past the first step- admissions essay and the test
but now i have an interview and i have to bring in a porfolio.
i am gonna bring my little clay and felt creations. but also the
serious stuff like my drawings, paintings, and sketchbook : )

do you guys have any tips. like what kind of porfolio i should buy?
if i should "personalize" it in some way?
if any of you guys have ever been in this situation, what kind of questions did they ask you?
ANYTHING CAN HELP!

do you think it may be a good idea if i wear my own jewelry to it?

(i checked memories and didn't find anything...sorry if i missed it)

so a while ago i bought this black canvas/duck cloth fabric on sale, now i know why it was so cheap, the black rubs off on things, and where it rubs off the fabric is a weird dark green...anyway, i washed it in hopes that the dye would stop rubbing off...no luck. I've already made a bag out of this and short of redying the fabric, is there anything else i can do to fix this? to like "seal" the fabric?

thanks in advance...
